Management Committee
Chair: Sarah Bates
Sarah is the Non-executive Director of St. James's Place plc, Deputy Chairman of the Association of Investment Companies, Director of four listed investment companies, a small high tech venture capital manager and advisor to two local authority pension plans and the Royal College of Surgeons investment Committee, Chairman of Stena Line Pension Fund, Rutley Russia Property Fund and the Cancer Research UK Pension Fund investment committee.

Treasurer: Roger Hope JP
Roger is a Chartered Accountant and previously Director of 3i plc. Currently presiding Justice on the West Herts adult and youth Benches.
George Lusty
George Lusty is a Référendaire at the Competition Appeal Tribunal and worked previously as a solicitor at Simmons & Simmons. Before joining KCP's management committee, George worked as a volunteer on the "Jury" project, and now helps KCP with its fund-raising activities and other projects with a legal dimension.
Hugh Grover
Hugh is the owner of a leading independent Islington Estate Agent.
Lesley Witt
Lesley was previously a banker with Standard Chartered Bank, before starting her own property company in 1995. She has been a volunteer with the Samaritans for nearly 30 years befriending those who are suicidal and despairing, often young people.
Stephen Dawson
Judge Stephen Dawson is a District Judge. In addition to sitting in the adult courts he sits regularly as youth court judge. He also sits as a judge in the Family Proceedings Court. He has extensive experience of criminal justice and social issues connected with crime and disorder in London. As well as being a committee member he participates in the projects which are connected with law and criminal justice. He is also a trustee of a London Drugs charity and therefore has some knowledge of the problems associated with substance misuse.
Neil Gregory
With four years of marketing and communications experience with Lansons Communications, Neil is our most recent member, joining the committee just before Christmas 2009. At Lansons he specialises in online activity from live web events to social media, and is advising us on the use of multi-media to reach more project users.
Staff
KCP is staffed by 3 full time members of staff, 2 part time, 3 current volunteers and a bank of session workers who teach courses and workshops as needed. The permanent staff are as follows:
Chris Beresford the Project Manager has been at KCP for 13 years: 4 years as a youth worker and 9 years as the Project Manager. A trained counsellor (PG Dip) and youth worker (Level 2) Chris also has 10 years experience of commercial management.
Graham Reeves, Senior Youth Worker has been at KCP for 12 years and has Level 2 Youth Work VQR. Graham is the KCP outreach worker and staff trainer and he leads on several courses. Previous to his work at KCP he worked with a variety of young people such as long term unemployed and terminally ill young people.
Cassie Skinner is a Level 2 VQR qualified youth worker who has been at KCP for 4 years. Cassie leads the 'Theatre Industry' course and has created a highly engaging schedule of visits and workshops partnered by the Almeida Theatre in Islington. She also runs the Fashion course and has put to use her 10 years of experience of working in the fashion industry prior to joining KCP.
Ngudi Lema has been at KCP for 1 year. He is a skilled musician playing keyboard, with additional IT skills including Pro-Tools,Logic and Reason. He has recently worked on our latest Music Industry Project, and continues to lead our Music Drop in sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays. He is currently a final year student at Middlesex University completing a BA in Business Management.
Volunteers
Martin Parker: Martin is a graphic designer and has designed the KCP annual report for the past 2 years.
Stefan Proud: Stefan runs his own company 'Hazel Design' and has created the KCP website entirely for free.
Jonathan Clifton: Jonathan is our IT support worker, who is a senior I.T Technician working in the City. Jonathan has been a volunteer for a number of years, and is the brains and trouble shooter behind our computer systems.
